How to Become Your Best Self and Actually Change Your Reality :The Golden Frequency

"She remembered who she was...and the game changed"
"She remembered who she was...and the game changed"

May the 4th be with you.

There is something quite poetic about writing this today, because if there is ever a moment to decide who you are becoming, it is now.

This week, I am not skirting around it.

This is the work.

The Golden Frequency.

Not as a concept, not as something abstract, and certainly not as something reserved for people who feel “ready.” This is the method I use with my actors, my entrepreneurs, the women I work with every single day, and the reason it works is because it is grounded in something far deeper than motivation.

Frequency is not woo-woo.

It is physics.

Every thought you think, every emotion you feel, every decision you make is creating a signal. Neuroscience shows that the brain wires itself around repeated emotional states. Quantum physics points to the idea that observation and energy influence outcomes. Your nervous system then either expands to hold that reality or contracts and keeps you exactly where you are.

So when people ask, how do I become my best self and actually change my reality, what they are really asking is this:

How do I become the version of me who can hold the life I say I want?

Because you do not get what you want.

You get what you are available for.

This is where most people get stuck.

They try to add more to their to-do list. More strategy. More pressure. More “fixing.”

The Golden Frequency is not about adding more.

It is about becoming more.

Embodiment is where this lands.

This is not about waking up tomorrow and suddenly being a completely different person. That is where people overwhelm themselves and quietly give up.This is about deciding, today, who you are stepping into, and beginning to meet her.

The version of you who already has it.

Financial freedom.

The relationship that feels expansive, not confusing.

The business that is aligned and profitable.

The visibility, the recognition, the opportunities.

The calm nervous system that is no longer chasing, proving, or doubting.

She exists.

The only question is whether you are willing to embody her.

Even if you have started this before and fallen off the horse a hundred times, let that go. That story is irrelevant now. Start again today. If this feels like a stretch, good. That means you are on the edge of something real.

So here is how you begin.

1. Decide your frequency before the day decides it for you

Wake up and ask yourself one simple question.

How do I want to feel today?

Not what do I need to do.

Not what is on my list.

How do I want to feel?

Choose a word. Powerful. Calm. Magnetic. Certain. Playful. Whatever it is, that becomes your anchor. Neuroscience shows that intention directs attention, and attention shapes behaviour. This is you taking the lead.

2. Regulate your nervous system first, then take action

Most people are operating from a dysregulated state without even realising it. Urgency, comparison, overthinking, scrolling, all of it keeps your system in survival mode.

Your future does not live there.

Slow your breath. Ground your body. Create a sense of safety internally. When your nervous system feels safe, your brain makes different decisions. This is not theory, this is biology.

When you do this, you are no longer reacting to life. You are creating from it.

3. Embody the version of you who already has it

This is where it shifts.

Light, camera, action.

The world is a stage, and you get to step into the role of the version of you who already has the life you desire. Not in a performative or inauthentic way, but in a conscious, chosen way.

How does she walk into a room?

How does she speak?

How does she hold herself in a conversation?

What does she wear?

What does she tolerate and what does she no longer accept?

Actors understand this instinctively. You rehearse the role until it becomes second nature. Life is no different.

When people ask, how do I become my best self and actually change my reality, this is the missing piece. You stop waiting to feel like her and you start being her.

4. Align your micro decisions with that identity

Transformation is not built in grand gestures. It is built in the small, consistent choices you make throughout the day.

The email you send.

The boundary you hold.

The opportunity you say yes to or no to.

The way you speak about yourself when no one is listening.

Each of these is a vote for your future self.

Quantum theory aside, this is simple cause and effect. Identity drives behaviour, and behaviour creates results.

5. Repeat until it becomes who you are

This is where most people stop too early.

You would not go to the gym once and expect to be transformed. The same applies here. Repetition wires the brain. Consistency stabilises the nervous system. Over time, what felt like a stretch becomes your baseline.

This is when the external world begins to shift.

Opportunities land differently.

People respond to you differently.

You see options you could not see before.

Because you are no longer the same person.

When people search for how to become my best self and actually change my reality, they are often hoping for a quick answer. Something they can implement and tick off.

This is not that.

This is a decision.

A practice.

A way of being.

The Golden Frequency is the embodiment of your future self in the present moment. It is not about perfection. It is about alignment. It is about meeting yourself where you are and gently, consistently raising the standard of who you are willing to be.

So let this be the moment.

Let May the 4th be the day you stop waiting for evidence and start becoming the evidence.

Plan today. Decide today.

Then let tomorrow be the day you fully step into it.

The Golden Frequency chapter of your life does not begin when everything changes around you.

It begins the moment you do.

With Love

Jenna ✨
