I’ve spent my life working across two worlds.

 

The film industry, where I built my career as an actress, talent agent, and now producer, working between London and Spain, guiding actors and navigating the realities of the industry from the inside.

 

And the world of transformation, where I mentor individuals to step into their potential, move through internal blocks, and create lasting change in how they show up in their lives and careers.

 

For a long time, these worlds felt separate.

 

Until I realised they were the same.

 

Because whether I was working with an actor preparing for an audition, or a woman navigating a life transition, the core work never changed.
