The universe is waiting for you to arrive

There is a version of your life that you keep seeing.
Maybe you can’t explain why you see it. You just do. The work. The relationship. The freedom. The rooms you want to walk into. The person you know you could become.
We’ve been taught to call this manifestation.
I think we’ve misunderstood it.
For years, we’ve been told how to manifest what you want through vision boards, affirmations, meditation, scripting, visualisation. I love many of these tools. I use some of them myself. They can be incredibly powerful.
Yet I don’t believe the real work is convincing the universe to give you something.
I believe the real work is becoming the person who can receive it.
That is what I call your Golden Frequency™️.
It sounds pretty. I know.
It isn’t.
Your Golden Frequency is who you become when your inner world finally matches the life you keep saying you want.
It is self-worth. Identity. Nervous system. Belief. Standards. Energy. Action. It is what you tolerate and what you no longer tolerate. It is whether you can actually hold the thing you keep asking for when it arrives.
Because sometimes we don’t have a manifestation problem.
We have a receiving problem.
Over the last decade, I have experienced so many logic-defying synchronicities that my friends have stopped being surprised by them. Things happen that none of us could have orchestrated. People appear. Invitations arrive. Worlds collide in ways that make absolutely no logical sense.
One of my favourite examples happened after I was living in Ibiza in 2022.
I came back to the UK for a few months and a friend recommended a book by Vishen Lakhiani of Mindvalley. Something about his work immediately resonated with me. Through him, I discovered the Silva Method and began experimenting with it.
What fascinated me wasn’t simply visualising what I wanted. It was learning to access the feeling of already being there.
At some point, I remember having this strange sense that I would meet Vishen one day. Perhaps I’d attend one of his seminars. I didn’t know how. I didn’t chase it. It was simply a feeling I held.
A few months later, through a completely unrelated chain of events, he walked into an acting masterclass I had organised.
You genuinely couldn’t have written it.
That serendipitous collision eventually led to me representing him as an actor, becoming part of his wider community and, over the years since, finding myself invited into extraordinary rooms, retreats and events alongside authors, speakers and teachers whose work I deeply respect.
Similar things have continued to happen.
Even this year, I have received what I privately call my “golden invitations.” Invitations into rooms I never chased, sometimes gifted to me entirely, where I find myself thinking, How on earth did I end up here?
The answer, I believe, has very little to do with trying harder to manifest.
It has everything to do with becoming available.
This changed my understanding of how to manifest what you want completely.
You don’t need to obsess over the outcome. You don’t need to spend every waking hour “calling it in.” In fact, that frantic energy can sometimes reinforce the very thing you’re trying to escape: I don’t have it yet. Where is it? Why isn’t it here?
That isn’t abundance. That is attachment wearing spiritual clothing.
The deeper work is quieter.
It is becoming so anchored in who you are that you stop negotiating with the life you have outgrown.
This is the work I now do with women and actors because I have watched the same principle play out again and again. When the internal identity changes, the external choices change. The way you enter a room changes. What you ask for changes. What you notice changes. What you say yes to changes. What you finally have the courage to say no to changes.
Your life begins receiving different instructions from you.
So if you want to understand how to manifest what you want, stop asking only, How do I get it?
Ask instead:
Who would I need to become to hold it?
Here is where I would begin.
1. Get brutally clear on what you actually want.
Not what looks impressive. Not what your family wants. Not what your industry has taught you to chase. What does your version of a deeply fulfilled life actually look and feel like? You cannot move towards yourself while following somebody else’s map.
2. Find the identity that cannot come with you.
This is the part most manifestation conversations miss. Notice the beliefs, habits, stories, relationships and patterns attached to the old version of you. “I’m not ready.” “People like me don’t get that.” “I need permission.” “I’ll do it when I feel confident.” You cannot build a new life while constantly taking instructions from an old identity.
3. Practise the feeling before you have the evidence.
This is where visualisation, meditation, the Silva Method or whatever genuinely works for you can become useful. Don’t just picture the thing. Feel into the person who can hold it. How does she make decisions? How does she walk into the room? How does she respond when something doesn’t work? How does she behave when nobody is validating her?
4. Start making decisions from her now.
This is the part that turns how to manifest what you want from a concept into reality. One decision at a time, stop asking what the frightened version of you would do. Ask what the grounded, expanded, self-trusting version would do. Then give life some evidence that you mean it.
5. Release the death grip on how it arrives.
Do the work. Take the action. Stay awake to opportunities. Then leave some room for life to surprise you. Some of the most extraordinary things that have happened to me arrived through doors I could never have planned.
That is Golden Frequency.
It isn’t pretending everything is perfect. It isn’t positive thinking your way out of reality. It isn’t sitting on your sofa waiting for the universe to deliver your dream life.
It is removing enough of what isn’t you that the most truthful version of you finally has room to lead.
Maybe that is the real answer to how to manifest what you want.
Not wanting it harder.
Not chasing it harder.
Not proving you deserve it.
Becoming the version of you who is ready to meet it.
Those dreams and visions that keep returning to you might be there for a reason. That version of you might not be some imaginary woman waiting in the future.
She might already exist underneath everything you learned you had to be.
Your job isn’t to create her.
Your job is to remember her.
Perhaps the universe isn’t making you wait.
Perhaps it’s waiting for you to become available for the life that’s been trying to meet you all along.
With Love,
Jenna ✨
