As we step into September, there’s always this quiet shift in the air. Even if you’re no longer tied to the school calendar, there’s something about this month that whispers new beginnings. A chance to pause, to breathe, and to ask yourself: where am I right now, and where do I want to be by the end of the year?


It’s easy to rush on autopilot, but September offers us a moment to reset. Think of it as a soft recalibration integrating everything you’ve experienced so far this year, and deciding what gets to come with you into the final stretch, and what no longer serves you. This is your September reset.


And yes, the cosmos is supporting us too. With two eclipses this month a Pisces Lunar Eclipse on September 7 ( stellium piscean over here 🙋🏻‍♀️) encouraging us to release old patterns, and a Virgo Solar Eclipse on September 21, inviting renewal and alignment - the energy is asking us to let go of what’s heavy and make space for what feels true. Remember, eclipses are simply amplifiers. The real power lies in the choices you make every day.


So how do we ground this energy into something tangible? Here are six practical ways to make your September reset real and lasting:

1. Reflect and integrate – Take 20 minutes to journal on the biggest lessons you’ve learned this year. What patterns have you outgrown? What strengths have you discovered in yourself? Reflection creates clarity.

6. Align with your future self – Each day, ask: how would the version of me who’s already living this intention show up today? Then do one thing in that energy. This is how you step into your Golden Frequency.
